cone traffic sign

1. Road cones are also called traffic cones and cone-shaped road signs; there are two main materials: 1. Rubber; 2. Plastic. Plastic is more weather-resistant, environmentally friendly and flexible than rubber;

2. There are three main colors of road cones: red, yellow, and blue. Red is mainly used for outdoor traffic, urban intersection lanes, outdoor parking lots, sidewalks, and isolation warnings between buildings. Yellow is mainly used in dimly lit places such as indoor parking lots. Blue is used in some special occasions, such as at airports in Japan;

3. European and American road vertebrae plus fluorescence make the warning more prominent. Road cones are available with or without reflective materials. Normally used road vertebrae are covered with highly reflective materials;

4. European-style road cones use hardware blow-molded PE road cones, and American-style road cones use soft PVC road cones. The material, height, color, and reflective material of the road cone determine the application location: 90CM and 70CM road cones should be used in highway maintenance and repair; 70CM road cones should be used at urban road intersections;

5. Maintenance and repair of various colored road vertices of 70CM ~ 45CM should be used at the vehicle entrances and exits of schools and major hotels. 45CM fluorescent red road vertices should be used in large above-ground parking lots (outdoor parking lots). 45CM yellow road vertices should be used underground. Parking Lot (Indoor Parking Lot) 45~30CM blue road cones should be used in campuses and other public sports venues.

Plastic road cones are often used at highway intersections, toll stations, highways, national highways, and provincial road construction sections. They have a clear warning effect on drivers, can reduce the casualties of perpetrators to people and vehicles, and form safer protection.
