Maintenance
The tape should be stored in the warehouse, avoid sun and rain; prohibit contact with acid and alkali oil organic solvent, keep clean and dry, 1m away from the discovery device, room temperature between -15℃~40℃.
The tape should be placed in rolls, not folded, and should be turned over once a quarter when stored for too long.
When loading and unloading the conveyor belt, it is best to use a crane and use the rigging with a beam to lift it smoothly to avoid damaging the edge of the belt, and do not load and unload brutally, causing loose rolls to throw off the set.
The type and specification of the belt should be selected reasonably according to the use needs and specific conditions.
Do not use different varieties, different specifications, strengths and layers of tape together.
It is best to use hot vulcanization glue joint of conveyor belt to improve the reliability and maintain high effective strength.
Conveyor roller diameter and the minimum diameter of the conveyor belt pulley should be in line with the relevant provisions.
Do not make the tape snaking or creeping, to keep the drag roller, vertical roller flexible, the tension should be moderate.
When the conveyor is equipped with baffle plate and installed clean device, should avoid the wear and tear on the tape.
Cleanliness is the basic condition for good operation of the tape, foreign substances will affect the tape eccentricity, tension differences, and even fracture.
When early damage to the tape is found in use, the cause should be promptly found and repaired to avoid adverse consequences.
